New Media's influence on Marketing
My research topic will cover how new media has changed marketing and advertisement and subsequently its effect on all forms of media. New media has largely influenced marketing with the popularity of social media sites and the integration of things like the like and share buttons into these sites. The circulation of advertisements now can spread instantly due to this making old forms of advertisement (TV or newspaper ads just to name a few) inferior. Although this is the case, new media has also helped to complement older forms of media by providing a platform that introduces things to consumers that otherwise would never happen.
